Ever read Neal Stephenson’s Snow Crash
? It is a cyberpunk thriller in which the protagonist (called Hiro Protagonist) uses the so-called “Metaverse” to solve the mystery. The Metaverse is a virtual world where real people log in to meet, share information, do business. Do everything you can do in the real world.
I love the idea, and with Second Life it has become real.
