This schould be possible by using another DSL provider except Telekom. So look out for something like here in Aachen, called UNI-DSL provided by NET-Cologne. So ASK some DSL Providers if they could connect you by using a Telekom "Teilnehmeranschlußleitung". This will cost about 10Eur per Month for the Telekom stuff.
